The New South Wales Roads and Maritime Services is upgrading the Princes Highway between Mount Pleasant and Toolijooa Road. As part of the work, a 400 mm DICL watermain required relocation to a new route that would pass under creeks and through environmentally sensitive locations. Codmah was contracted to install the pipe using horizontal directional drilling through a challenging site.
