Trevor Gosatti
Mr Gosatti has been involved in the civil contracting industry since 1983 through his family’s businesses. Mr Gosatti established Premium Corporation in 1995 (with his two brothers, Michael and Renny) and has completed many pipe-related contracts for the Water Corporation of WA, and many other organisations. He is a director of Premium Corporation and Managing Director of Premium Pipe Services.
Mr Gosatti is the immediate past State President of the Civil Contractors Federation (WA Branch) and serves as a National Councillor to the National body of the Civil Contractors Sector committee for that Council. This sector is responsible for the Trenchless Technology area.
In 2002, Mr Gosatti was instrumental in the establishment of ShieldLiner Limited, a technology company developing and commercialising a pipe relining system, and is a Director of that company. ShieldLiner listed on the Australian Stock Exchange in August 2004.

Mr Scott began his career in 2000 as an engineer at Gutteridge Haskins & Davy after receiving his degree in Civil Engineering (Honours) from Adelaide University and was involved in a variety of pipeline-related projects. In 2002, Mr Scott assumed his new role as Process Engineer at the South Australian Water Corporation whereby he worked on a number of projects including the Mannum-Adelaide pipeline. Not long after in 2005, Mr Scott was promoted to the position of Senior Asset Management Engineer whereby he was responsible for preparing the annual asset management plans for SA Water’s country regions.
Mr Scott has been a member of the Australian Water Association since 2002 and is currently enrolled at the University of South Australia.
