TerraMacs, a New Zealand-based manufacturer of small to medium sized trenchless equipment, reports seeing a marked increase in sales of its products internationally. This reflects what the company believes is the start of government commitments around the globe to capital spend in infrastructure in order to help stimulate ailing economies.
Paul Hebberd of TerraMacs said “TerraMacs products are ideal for areas of infrastructure improvements globally underway such as broadband networks, while still with their versatility and power options being suitable for larger project work.”
The Mini Mac range of directional drills continues to be the company’s best seller said Mr Hebberd, providing the option to pit or surface launch and to manage work up to 300 mm diameter, providing contractors with a highly effective and versatile tool.
TerraMacs recently launched its products in the North American market and continues to expand its international distribution network. The company has also recently revamped its website and has taken the step of joining the growing number of social networking internet users with a blog, Facebook and Twitter sites.
The company views this technology as important to help share knowledge and experience to support and develop the global trenchless industry.
