Show the importance of planning and pre-planning before deciding on a method, and how every case needs to be assessed differently based on the job at hand.

About course leader Blair Telfer
Course Leader Blair Telfer works alongside New Zealand ASTT Councillor Steve Apeldoorne at ProjectMax. Originally from Auckland, Blair incorporates a number of high-profile New Zealand case-studies into the course, giving his teachings extra relevance to utility workers in New Zealand.
“This course provides attendees the opportunity for continuing professional development by giving them a broad understanding of the latest technology and tools available for their next installation or replacement project. Attendees will learn about techniques that will allow them to carry out a rigorous option analysis and risk assessment of their projects as well as key area’s to identify to ensure the quality assurance of the Contractor’s work. In the ever-changing, increasingly demanding environment that we live and work in, utility owners and operators need all of the possible tools available to them to maximise their efficiency.
