The Australian Society for Trenchless Technology was formed in Perth, Western Australia on 11 March 1991.
In 1994, the name of the Society was changed to the Australasian Society for Trenchless Technology, expanding the society’s reach to New Zealand.
In the 20 years since the ASTT was established, the Society has been instrumental in growing the Australasian Trenchless Technology industry, and promoting the benefits of the technologies to the wider community.
The Trenchless Technology in Australasia: celebrating 20 years of the ASTT celebrates the events, identities and challenges that have made this innovative industry what it is today.
